However, if payment is delayed for too long, CeFPro may increase the rates. If a delegate registers at the wrong rate, CeFPro also has the right to send an additional invoice for any amount owed. If you cancel more than a month before the event, you can get a refund minus a 15% administration fee. Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for cancellations made within a month of the event. Lastly, all ticket sales are final, and no discounts or special offers will apply after the purchase is made.
