Simon Wills is Senior Advisor at ORX working on risk strategy and innovation. Until 2022 Simon was Executive Director of ORX for 18 years. Simon led the development of the association over that period, creating a global risk community of over 100 financial institutions; a trusted platform and brand; and a continuing record of innovation and thought leadership. Simon was previously a Director of the British Bankers Association where he initiated early work on operational risk, credit portfolio management, credit derivatives and led the British Bankers Association and European Banking Federation response to the review of the first Basel Capital Accord.
