Kelly Hampaul is the Executive Chairman of Agio Ratings and one of its original founders. He is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Everett Capital Advisors and has over two decades of investment experience in a variety of traditional finance markets. He started his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in New York.

Kelly holds B.A. in Honours Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
