Søren Agergaard Andersen, is the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRCO) and responsible for 2nd line Risk Management and Compliance at CIP. Mr. Agergaard Andersen has more than 25 years’ experience from the financial industry. As CRCO, Mr. Agergaard Andersen is responsible for building strong governance, fostering a strong risk culture, providing world-class risk strategy, and supporting regulatory compliance. Mr. Agergaard Andersen is dedicated to safeguarding the interests of investors while enabling the business to thrive. Prior to joining CIP, Mr. Andersen was the Chief Risk Officer in Nordea Asset Management which is the largest asset manager in the Nordics, and Head of Risk in SEB Denmark, one of Sweden’s largest universal banks. Mr. Agergaard Andersen holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Copenhagen University and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School.
