Argyro has more than 15 years experience in the financial services sector. She currently holds the position of Head of Compliance Risk Management and Governance within the Group Compliance Function of Eurobank SA. She has led a number of initiatives in the areas of regulatory monitoring and risk assessment, as well the deployment to group entities.  She is also responsible for the oversight of the compliance functions of the subsidiaries of Eurobank SA.
